Back Server & Bar Backs

Candidates should be knowledgeable, approachable, and comfortable communicating with guests from different backgrounds. A certain level of flexibility and adaptability is appreciated since we are operating both inside the dining room and outside on our patio, and a true love of hospitality is required.

Back Server & Bar Backs will work closely with our service staff, host, kitchen crew, and General Manager.

Job Description:

• Work closely with a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, dishwashers, chef & cooks in a fast-paced service environment
• Present a neat and professional appearance
• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Ensure food orders are correct before delivering to guests
• Ensure patio and dining setup is well-stocked and clean
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Assist in patio setup & breakdown
• Display enthusiasm and knowledge about the Tavern's menu and ingredients
• Complete all opening and closing busser/runnerside work and mise en place in a timely fashion
