Job summary

North Italia in Arcadia is hiring Back Servers / Bussers. Positions offer flexible scheduling and tips potential, with compensation range $12.15-$15.15 per hour plus tips. Up to $800 per week in earnings is advertised.

Responsibilities include clearing and cleaning tables, coordinating with servers and hosts to ensure guest satisfaction, thanking guests on departure, and stepping in to keep operations smooth during busy shifts. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but great personality and teamwork can compensate.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables after guests leave and reset quickly for the next round.
• Communicate with guests, servers, and hosts to ensure excellent service.
• Thank guests as they leave.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
