Qualifications

• 1+ years experience working as a server or in a related role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and guest focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Focuses attention on guest needs and responds promptly.
• Provides expert knowledge of food and beverage menus to guests, guiding them through their experience.
• Maintains complete knowledge of all menus, including ingredients and techniques used.
• Runs all food and beverages to the dining room.
• Maintains complete knowledge of table and seat numbers.
• Greets and acknowledges all guests, providing a positive dining experience.
• Accommodates all requests for information courteously.
• Completes assigned side work during shift.
• Takes direction from Chefs.
• Clears tables in the proper manner as directed by FOH managers.
• Maintains beverage service for any given menu.
• Performs coffee service for dining guests.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
