Job summary

North Italia in Austin is seeking Back Servers / Bussers to join our team. This role offers solid pay and opportunities to grow, with a focus on delivering warm Italian hospitality and supporting a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities include clearing and cleaning tables, coordinating with servers and hosts, thanking guests, and filling in as needed to keep service seamless. Prior restaurant experience helps, but a positive attitude and teamwork matter most.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables after guests leave and reset quickly for the next round of guests.
• Communicate with guests, servers, and hostess to ensure guest service is amazing and everyone has everything they need.
• Thank guests as they are leaving.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
