Firmdale Hotels is inviting you to join the Warren Street Hotel in New York as a Back Server in a luxury setting, delivering exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires experience in upscale dining, excellent English, and flexibility to work AM/PM shifts, including weekends and holidays. You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and contribute to a high-standard service culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Busser or Expeditor in an upscale restaurant function.
• Excellent level of written and spoken English.
• Must be open to working AM/PM shifts, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Have a full understanding of New York City Health Department standards and regulations.
• Be able to take personal responsibility for punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times.
• Ensure high level of communication between the restaurant and kitchen.
• Have a strong knowledge of the food and beverages offered.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in an efficient and professional manner.
• Able to make coffees and teas according to company standards.
• Have a keen sense of attention to detail making sure tables are served and bussed properly.
• Ensures all allergy procedures are followed at all times.
• Promote other Firmdale Hotels and restaurants.

Job Description:

The Back Server will be a trained professional that understands how to effectively expedite and serve all of our guests needs. They will have a passion for food and beverage equally, and understands how to read a guest properly to ensure quality service, leaving a lasting impression and memorable experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
