The role requires handling SWP navigation, data amendments, inter-account cash/stock transfers, cash disbursements, and reconciliations while coordinating with multiple processing teams.

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in Custody/Investment Operations, a finance or accounting degree, and proficiency in MS Office and BOXI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in: Custody Operations on SWP.

Responsibilities

• Basic processing and/or service activities specific to team function on SWP like -
• Process static data amendments (DOB, address, fee package, statement recipients, etc.).
• Execute inter-account cash/stock transfers as per client instructions.
• Manage recurring and ad-hoc cash disbursements, including dividend and interest payout.
• Review and post cash receipts from clients and counterparties.
• Interact effectively with multiple operational processing teams.
