The Samsung North America HR Shared Services Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of HR professionals to provide efficient and effective support to employees, managers, and subsidiaries on a wide range of HR-related topics. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services team, ensuring high-quality customer service, and continuously improving HR processes.
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, and 4+ years of related work experience required
