Viva Chicken is hiring a Back of the House Team Member in Winston-Salem. Our kitchens are driven by passion for bold Peruvian flavors; you will prepare and cook menu items, prep and stock, and help keep the kitchen clean and safe.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items following Viva Chicken recipes and standards
• Complete daily prep tasks including cutting, portioning, cooking, and stocking

• Kitchen experience is helpful but not required. We provide training
• ServSafe certification is a plus
• Must be at least 16 years old
