Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and utility areas.
• Manage trash removal and cardboard disposal throughout shifts.
• Complete deep cleaning responsibilities according to restaurant standards.
• Support food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Maintain clean floors, drains, sinks, walls, and work surfaces.
• Restock cleaning supplies and support kitchen organization.
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Complete opening and closing cleaning responsibilities as assigned.
