Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth operation of the back of house functions.
• Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness in the Cut & Pack area.
• Prepare other menu items such as spicy wings, salads, and desserts.
• Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, and company policies.
• Ensure food is cut and prepared according to standards.
• Read guest checks and accurately prepare orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Help out in other areas of the restaurant when needed.
