Chick-fil-A Northwest Omaha is hiring Back of House Team Members for evening shifts (2:00pm to close). Join an independent Owner/Operator team and contribute to a great guest experience in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble and present food safely and quickly to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep area clean and organized.
• Keep up-to-date with new products and follow leadership guidance.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and adhere to dress code and policies.

• This is an Evening Position with shifts anywhere from 2:00pm to Close (10:30 PM - 11:00PM)

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
