Chick-fil-A Cleburne is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support fast, safe, and high-quality food preparation. You will work across kitchen stations, maintain cleanliness, and uphold Chick-fil-A standards while delivering excellent guest service.

This role offers growth through hands-on training, learning from experienced Operators, and opportunities to develop leadership abilities in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to leadership.
• Complete all opening and/or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
