Job summary

Chick-fil-A in California is seeking Back of House Team Members to join a dynamic team focused on leadership, teamwork, and delivering signature Chick-fil-A service. You will contribute by preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

As part of our team, you will learn from experienced Restaurant Leaders, benefit from hands-on training, and have opportunities for growth. Flexible scheduling and Sunday closure are offered.
