Job summary

McAlister’s Deli at Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced kitchen.

You’ll read orders, prepare ingredients, follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and work with the team to keep service running smoothly. Prior restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided. This role offers ongoing training in a supportive, team-driven environment.
