McAlister’s Deli | Southern Rock Restaurants in Missouri is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare quality food in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll read orders, prep ingredients, keep stations clean, follow safety standards, and work with the team to ensure smooth kitchen service. Training is provided; restaurant experience is helpful.

This role is on-site at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided.
