Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support the kitchen, assemble food and drink orders quickly and accurately, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. No experience is required; we provide training in a friendly environment.

The role offers flexible hours with both full-time and part-time options, plus Sundays off. You will work directly with an independent Chick-fil-A Operator who mentors employees and fosters growth, while enjoying competitive pay and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age upon hire date.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a source of reliable transportation.
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, and navigate shelving high and low.
• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.
• Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment.
• Mobility required during shifts.
• Must work well under pressure and adapt to changes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team and assemble food and drink orders quickly and accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with food preparation and basic food safety tasks as needed.
