Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants' McAlister’s Deli location in Ohio is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced kitchen. You will read orders, prepare ingredients to standard recipes, keep stations stocked, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen service.

Training is provided; restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant is helpful, but on-the-job training is provided.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift during shifts.
• Positive, reliable team player with good communication.
