Job summary

McAlister’s Deli, operated by Southern Rock Restaurants, is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced kitchen.

You’ll read orders, prep ingredients, keep stations stocked, and follow food safety standards while collaborating with the team. Training is provided for those new to restaurant work.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift during the shift.
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided.
