Job summary

Chick-fil-A Ross Clark Circle is hiring Back of House Team Members to prepare, cook, and present food with speed and quality. You will work across kitchen stations, stock inventory, and keep the area clean while adhering to safety and Chick-fil-A standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently in line with Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and maintain a clean, orderly space.
• Stay updated on new products and procedures; follow safety and dress code rules.
• Complete opening or closing tasks and report maintenance issues to leadership.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
