Southern Rock Restaurants' McAlister’s Deli in Middleburg Heights is hiring a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment. You will read orders, prepare items to recipes and portion standards, and keep prep areas stocked and sanitary.

We value reliability, a positive attitude and teamwork. Kitchen experience helps but training is provided to learn recipes and safety standards; comfortable with standing, bending, and lifting during shifts.
