Job summary

McAlister’s Deli at 2129 Lake Lansing Road, Lansing, MI 48912 is hiring a Back of the House Team Member. This role supports a franchised McAlister’s Deli location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants.

You will prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes, read orders, and keep workstations clean and stocked, while following safety and quality standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Training is provided to new teammates.
