Responsibilities

• Prepare food quickly and accurately, helping the team reach an average Speed of Service under 4 minutes.
• Follow recipes and procedures to ensure every order is made correctly and meets Chick‑fil‑A quality standards.
• Keep your work area clean and organized at all times to meet food safety and cleanliness goals.
• Complete all training within your first 30 days, including food safety, cleanliness, and BOH procedures.
• Support strong team performance by communicating clearly and working together during peak hours.
• Take care of equipment and tools, reporting anything broken or unsafe right away.
• Be open to feedback and grow from it, participating in performance check‑ins twice a year with your leader.
