McAlister’s Deli in Grenada, MS is hiring a Back of the House Team Member to support fast, friendly service. You will prepare ingredients and menu items from recipes, read orders, and ensure accuracy while working as part of a busy kitchen.

This role focuses on food safety, sanitation, and keeping areas clean and stocked. Training is provided, and prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
