McAlister’s Deli is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to join our franchised location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants. You will prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment and work with the team to keep kitchen service running smoothly.

Responsibilities include reading orders, preparing ingredients, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. Training is provided to support your success in a busy kitchen.
