McAlister’s Deli | Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to join a franchised location. You will prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment and support the team to keep kitchen service running smoothly.

You will read orders, follow recipes, and maintain safety and sanitation standards while contributing to a positive, collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided.
