Job summary

Chick-fil-A Derby Marketplace is hiring a Back of House Team Member. Earn $11-$13 per hour as part of a dedicated team focused on hospitality and food quality. Full-time and part-time options, with Sundays closed and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include food prep, cooking, assembly, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen while adhering to Chick-fil-A standards. A supportive, team-focused environment helps you develop professionally and personally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, machines, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
