Southern Rock Restaurants' McAlister’s Deli in Cincinnati is hiring a Back of House Team Member to help prepare quality food in a fast-paced setting. You’ll follow recipes and portion standards, read orders, and work with the team to keep service smooth.

No prior restaurant experience is required—training is provided. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, able to stand for long periods, and eager to learn food safety and sanitation standards to keep our kitchen running efficiently.
