Job summary

Qualifications

• Follow safety, sanitary, and health regulations
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in back of house
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Healthcare/long-term care setting experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down dish machine and landing area, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
• Maintain overall back-of-house cleanliness including tables, shelves, walls, floors, and cooler areas
• Assist with special events and provide support with deliveries and food storage
• Support dining and kitchen staff during service and assist with bussing tables
• Follow HIPAA privacy and infection control guidelines; attend required trainings
• Other duties as assigned
