About The Role

As our Back of House (BOH) Manager, you will be an integral part of the JOE & THE JUICE team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Store Manager in executing stock handling procedures, ensuring that operations run smoothly behind the scenes. This role carries a significant responsibility for managing deliveries, maintaining stock levels, organizing the stockroom, and overseeing waste management processes.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee weekly deliveries of fresh food and dry stock equipment, ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Manage stock levels and maintain target stock ideals through regular assessments.
• Organize and maintain an efficient Back of House (BOH) stockroom for easy access to stock.
• Execute FIFO (First In, First Out) management to ensure stock quality and minimize waste.
• Analyze weekly financial KPIs related to stock performance and engage the team in operational improvements.
• Report on waste management, analyzing trends, and educating the team on best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to work early hours, starting from 3 AM on delivery days.
• Relevant practical experience in stock management or a similar role is preferred.
