McAlister’s Deli in Indiana (Richmond area) is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment.

You will read orders and prepare items using recipes and portion standards, keep stations stocked, and maintain food safety and sanitation. Training is provided for all staff.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided.
