Job summary

McAlister’s Deli in Indiana is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to join a franchised location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants. You will prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment and assist with meal prep according to recipes and portion standards.

You will read orders, keep stations stocked, and maintain food safety and sanitation while supporting the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations throughout each shift.
