Back of House / Kitchen Team Members are responsible for preparing great quality food; ensuring food items are prepared quickly and efficiently; upholding quality by following Chick‑fil‑A standards and recipes; communicating positively and effectively between Front of House and Back of House; and treating all with honor, dignity, and respect. Back of House / Kitchen Team Members are compensated with one meal per shift. Part‑time Back of House / Kitchen Team Members earn between $10-$16 per hour.
