Mendocino Farms is hiring Back of House Team Members. Cross-train across kitchen stations to prepare sandwiches and salads. You will engage with guests and contribute to a happy dining experience. Both full-time and part-time roles are available with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to cross-train in multiple kitchen stations.

Responsibilities

• Cross train and work in multiple kitchen stations (prep, dish, garnish, grill).
• Prepare sandwiches and salads.
• Spend your day passionately connecting with our guests; contribute to a positive guest experience.
