Chick-fil-A in Valley Camp, WV is hiring Back of House Team Members. This role supports our independent Owner/Operator by preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality food in a safe, efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently per Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.
