Culver's in Detroit is hiring Back of House True Blue Crew Members to help prepare ButterBurgers and other guest favorites in a fast-paced kitchen.

You'll work with a team, follow recipes, and contribute to meals served with care. We provide on-the-job training, uniforms, meal discounts, and benefits for eligible team members.

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
