Job summary

Chick-fil-A Palm Springs is seeking a Back of House Team Member for the closing shift. You will support the kitchen, assemble food and drink orders quickly and accurately, and help ensure every guest leaves satisfied. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

Shifts run 3pm–12am, weekends until 1am. Expect a friendly team, growth opportunities, and the chance to learn valuable business skills in a positive work environment.

Back of House Team Member Closing Shift

As a BOH Team Member, you will support the kitchen team, assemble food & drink orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Shift times available are from 3pm-12am. Weekends to 1 am.

Your first 90 days will look like this:

• Week 1: Bread chicken (it’s kinda important to know around here) and learn other kitchen operations for the week
• Week 2: Deliver fast & accurate service in the Drive-Thru and learn other important front of house operations
• Week 3 & continued time: Review execution to benchmark against predetermined goals and timelines

Compensation & Benefits:

• $15.00/hr-$16.00/hr depending on role and responsibilities you can complete.
• 401K contributions match 5%:4% after 90 days
• Free food, one meal available per day of work
• Start immediately accruing 1 week paid time off for the first year
