Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Ohio is hiring a BOH Team Member to support the kitchen team, assemble food and drink orders quickly, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. No previous experience is required as training is provided.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, may rotate across front of house and back of house duties, and report to the appropriate area director. Flexible hours and Sundays closed are highlighted benefits.

• Respectfully follows directive from shift lead and other members of management.
• Maintains protocol and accurate cash counts for POS/cash register.
• Follows company handbook, policies, procedures and standards of behavior.
• Attends and completes in-services and meetings as required by company.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Team Members work in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks performed each shift in order to meet the daily operational needs of the company. Team Members may work in a different position each shift within the areas of ‘front of house’ or ‘back of house’ and report to the corresponding director of those areas. Daily positions can include but are not limited to: breader, dishwasher, boards, fries, drinks, cashier, runner, expeditor, drive-thru, outdoor order taker, hospitality, delivery driver, off-site sales and events, putting away truck, prep, or catering.Team Members ensure that every customer receives the best experience by going above and beyond expectations each day.
