Goble Family Restaurants’ McDonald’s is seeking a Back of House Kitchen Crew Member to prepare and cook our World Famous food. You’ll join a fast-moving team where speed, quality, cleanliness, food safety, and teamwork matter.

No prior restaurant experience is required; training is provided. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, 50% food discounts, tuition assistance, daily pay, and room to grow.

Responsibilities

Crew Team Member – Back of House Kitchen

Pay Range: $15.10 to $17.75 per hour

The actual starting rate offered will be based on factors such as experience, availability, qualifications, and the staffing needs of the restaurant.

What You’ll Do

As a Back of House Kitchen Crew Team Member, responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and cooking McDonald’s World Famous food according to our quality standards


• Working kitchen stations including grill, fryer, assembly, and food preparation

You Don’t Need Restaurant Experience

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is great, but it isn’t required.

We will provide the training you need to learn our equipment, food preparation procedures, kitchen systems, food safety standards, and quality expectations.
