Pay Range: $15.10 to $17.00 per hour
The actual starting rate offered will be based on factors such as experience, availability, qualifications, and the staffing needs of the restaurant.

As a Back of House Kitchen Crew Team Member, responsibilities may include:
Preparing and cooking McDonald’s World Famous food according to our quality standards
Working kitchen stations including grill, fryer, assembly, and food preparation
Preparing orders quickly, accurately, and safely
Keeping kitchen stations clean, stocked, and organized
Following food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
Rotating and stocking products properly
Working with other crew members and managers to meet restaurant goals
Helping maintain a clean and safe kitchen
Learning multiple kitchen positions as you develop your skills
Providing fast, accurate, and high-quality service to our guests
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is great, but it isn’t required.
We will provide the training you need to learn our equipment, food preparation procedures, kitchen systems, food safety standards, and quality expectations.
