Qualifications

• Brand Representatives must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including prolonged standing, kneeling, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and building relationships.
• Consistently contribute to achieving individual sales goals to support store targets.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and sales tasks as directed by management, including cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment and assist in merchandising and window displays.
• Communicate effectively with store leadership and guests; model brand standards and a respectful team dynamic.
