Stand Out For Good, Inc (Altar'd State) is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to join our Woodlands, TX store. You will drive revenue through exceptional guest service, product knowledge, and relationship building while maintaining a clean, inviting environment.

You will support opening/closing procedures, process transactions accurately, uphold loss prevention, and contribute to merchandising and inventory prep.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, reach, kneel and squat frequently.
• May climb ladders and stairs as needed at location.
• Lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and build relationships with guests.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and store tasks with a guest focus.
• Locate and stock merchandise; maintain clean, organized store.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately, handling cash.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents.
• Participate in inventory preparation and merchandising displays.
• Represent the brand with appropriate dress and grooming standards.
