Chick-fil-A in Kansas is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support a fast-paced kitchen and deliver the high standards the brand is known for. You will help prepare, cook, assemble, and present food while maintaining safety and efficiency in a busy environment.

Responsibilities include stocking inventory, keeping the kitchen clean, and completing opening/closing tasks. The role offers a part-time or full-time arrangement with a friendly, growth-oriented team and Sundays closed.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be consistent and reliable with dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep the kitchen neat and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products and communicate maintenance needs to leadership.
• Complete opening or closing tasks and adhere to dress code and safety protocols.
