Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member to help prepare and present delicious meals in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. No prior experience is required; full training is provided to help you excel and grow within the system.

You will learn menu items and recipes, maintain cleanliness, handle storage, and support a positive, collaborative team during peak hours. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with Sundays off in some shifts and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Punctuality and timeliness are essential.
• Ability to work at least 3 days per week and most Saturdays.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Know Chick-fil-A’s menu items and related recipes.
• Cook, prepare, and present food orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Handle food-related storage and cleaning activities.
• Maintain a positive work environment during high volume periods.
• Other duties as assigned.
