• Learn and lead your station, mastering fryer and plating.
• Maintain accuracy, speed, portioning and cleanliness in a high‑volume kitchen.
• Be reliable and on time in uniform; dependability keeps the team moving.
• Jump in to help wherever needed to keep the operation running smoothly.
