Job summary

Slim Chickens is opening in Arizona with a part‑time, back of house role. The position offers day and evening shifts, on‑the‑floor training, and opportunities to advance as the brand expands in the region.

You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen, learn station responsibilities, and contribute to delivering high‑quality, Southern-inspired fast‑food experiences for guests. Training at another restaurant prior to opening is possible.

Responsibilities

• Stay sharp, positive and move quickly to handle orders.
• Learn and lead your station, mastering fryer and plating.
• Maintain accuracy, speed, portioning and cleanliness in a high‑volume kitchen.
