Job summary

Dough Zone Dumpling House in Seattle is hiring for Back of House roles including prep cook, line cook and dishwashers. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Cook menu items following our company recipes and SOP.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
