Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a stocked workstation; help stock and clean the line.
• Complete prep and read tickets to prepare items on time.
• Follow recipes, guidelines, and portioning strictly; monitor quality, appearance, correctness, and safety.
• Run dishes through the industrial dishwasher promptly; check machinery daily; know, change, and test chemicals.
• Keep dishware, work areas, and surfaces clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
• Execute dish pick-ups and line sweeps.
• Receive and put away stock; keep dry storage and walk-ins clean and organized.
• Take out trash and boxes daily.
• Operate kitchen equipment and communicate effectively with front of house, back of house, and leadership.
• Support teammates, stay positive under stress, and keep the environment fun and professional.
