Job Details:

• 6-month Contract to hire, rate $50.00 to $65.00 per hour
• Salary Expectation: $100k to $130k

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Java Developer to help build their custom application. The primary function of this position is to implement innovative solutions, designs, and enhancements across web and mobile experiences. This individual will participate in all phases of the SDLC, including functional analysis, and provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentoring other developers. Your expertise in design, analytics, development, coding, and testing will help raise the team around you and inspire them to follow your lead.

Required Skills:

• 7 years' experience with Java, Design Patterns, Servlets, JMS, JPA, Hibernate, and Spring/Boot Framework
• Experience with React or JavaScript
• 5 years' experience with REST-based web services
• Postgres SQL experience
• Experience with Tomcat
• Experience with GIT and APIs

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Information Systems
