Compensation Includes

• $18.00-19.00/hr
• Tip potential (recommended tip $15.00)
• $2.00 pay differential on Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

Client Care

• Provide friendly, compassionate service with deep product and protocol knowledge
• Complete each treatment within 30 minutes
• Document client notes during each session
• Deliver personalized skincare treatments including extractions, dermaplaning, LED therapy, etc.
• Educate clients on treatment benefits and at-home routines
• Meet or exceed monthly product sales targets through effective education

Team Care

• Provide feedback to management and collaborate with colleagues
• Complete treatment room checklists and log inventory
• Uphold standards, policies, and participate in events

Requirements

• Valid state Esthetics or Cosmetology License
• At least 1 year of experience in a busy spa/salon setting
• Average of $1,000+ in monthly product sales
• Passion for hospitality and client interaction
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied hours
• Strong understanding of salon standards and policies
• Problem-solving skills, work ethic, and compassion
• Passion for beauty and skincare; established clientele is a plus
