Job summary

Family & Children's Services in Oklahoma City seeks a social services assistant to support case management and rehabilitation for a client group. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate resources and ensure client access to needed services in office or community settings.

The role requires enrolled status in a Bachelor's in social sciences, a valid Oklahoma license to drive, and a commitment to recovery-oriented, client-driven approaches. Travel is involved as needed.

Located in OKC - JOB SUMMARY: Under close supervision, responsible for assisting with Individual and/or group services, which include assessment, coordinating, planning, advocacy, linkage, referral, education, crisis intervention, resource acquisition, and monitoring in a culturally sensitive way. Provide point of contact and work in partnership with others as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide a set of social service functions that helps clients access the resources they need to recovery. Services are provided in the office or in the community-based on selected program.
